Return Policy

Effective Date: 01-30-2024

 

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mels MF Merch. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy for a positive shopping experience.

 

Return Window:

⁃You have up to 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

⁃ To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. (Must show picture proof if product is delivered damaged) 

 

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support team at melsmfmerchshop@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant information to issue.

 

Shipping Costs:

⁃Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

 

Refund Process:

⁃Once your return form is submitted we will look over details to see if your return is approved. 

 

⁃When you return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

⁃ If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

⁃If your refund shows complete on our end there is unfortunately nothing our team can do and we suggest contacting you bank. 

 

 

Exchanges:

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply place a new order, and return the original item for a refund.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
